You are organising some personal development training for a group. 
 Your desire is to encourage your course attendees to open up personally, to share thoughts with each other as a catalyst to learning, and to ensure that what is learnt on the course stays with the attendees throughout their life. 
We, at PoetryBardStars, will attend the length of the course, and as we mingle with attendees and listen to their stories and sharing's, we will create poetry designed to help awaken consciousness of their inner most thoughts and character.  As we present this poetry, we aim for greater enlightenment of both individual attendees and the group.
